A 10 Minute Skating Warmup

with EHS Reston instructor Jacob Miller

If your coaches give you 5 minutes before practice to warm up AND 5 minutes at the end of practice to cool down, give these exercises a try. Over the course of a season the 10 minutes certainly add up, so this is video provides an easy way to keep your skating technique in check. Every second of ice time is precious so don’t let it go to waste.
